Make a Fashionable Hat for Your Dolls

Hello. Today I am going to show you how to make a fashionable hat for your dolls.

You will need scissors and a old sock.

All you need to do is cut the end of the sock (where your toes would be if you were wearing it) to your desired length. 

Now you have a cute hat for your dolls! Try making some with different patterns and colours. Have fun creating!

Make a "Mirror Phone" for Ever After High Dolls

Hi! Today I am going to show you how to make a mirror phone (IPhone) for your Ever After High dolls.

Cedar and Cupid are taking a selfie to crownlaod (download) to there Fablebook (facebook) page. 

You will need: coloured foam, glue gun, a black marker, paper, sequins, and scissors. 

First cut out a rectangular piece of paper, whatever size you want your phone to be.

Then cut out a piece of foam and glue a sequin on the back. The sequin will be your camera. Next attach your paper to the foam.

Next use your marker to draw on a screen. I choose to draw on a screen saver, but you can leave your screen blank if you like.

Now your dolls can stay up to date with all the latest news.

Thoughts of Thursday

Happy Thursday! Today for "Thoughts of Thursday" I will talk about American Girl activity books. These books consist of craft supplies, (lots of punch out things) and a guide to creating cool projects. They are often centered around one subject, such as: art, school, pets, work, and much more. I own a couple of these books and they are never a disappointment. I highly recommend them if you like to craft. More posts coming soon.

Tame Your Dolls Wild Hair

Hello. Sometimes your dolls hair gets out of control, but no need to pull out the scissors. Instead you can try these easy hair styles that almost everyone already knows. 

An ordanairy ponytail is cute, but a accessoried ponytail is even cuter. So why not add a pretty flower clip or pin?

You can pin back a dolls hair with bobby pins to create a simple, but elegant look.

A headband adds style and keeps a dolls hair out of their face.

You can add a hat to cover up any bad hair day.

Pigtail are quick and easy and always look good, no matter if your doll has long or short hair.

If you want to take your pigtails to the next level you can always braid them.

A bun is always a good choice, especially if you need a dressier look.

Thoughts of Thursday

Hi. Today I am going to start a new feature on my blog. Thoughts of Thusrday! Most Thursday's starting today I will post a little tidbit about anything dolls. So today I am going to talk about Ever After High. The Ever After High Mattel doll brand is fairly new. The characters are sons and daughters of fairy tale characters. Like Ashlyn Ella daughter of Cinderella and Madiline Hatter daughter of the Mad Hatter.  They have there own web series and I quite enjoy watching these shows. You can also check out some episodes on Netflix. I currently own a Cedar Wood doll (daughter of Pinocchio) and she is really cute!

With cute fashions (I love the shoes!) and clever names these dolls are sure to be a hit!
